The Last Saturday of the Snowking XV Winter Festival

The Snowking Winter Festival in Yellowknife has come to a close. On the final Saturday of March, the Ice Castle was filled with performance art, poetry readings, a hockey tournament, art & photography displays, children’s theatre and music performances. Some of the notable names included photographer Jennifer Moores, artist Christine Misak, performance artists Crazy Legs Contemporary Dance, poet Randall Maggs and the rockin’ sounds of the Dawgwoods, the Skinnys & Small Narrow Valley.
