Hey Shane,

Love your pictures. My name is Jeff and I belong to the local 4x4 club here in YK. We use the sand pits quite a bit and know the place very well.

Last August we did a clean up and took out some major garbage, along with some sunken 4x4 trucks and cars that took a swim years ago.

If you ever wanted to ride along with us on a 4x4 expedition, we go every weekend during the summer, from trips to Berry Hill to Walsh Lake, we enjoy the wilderness and travel some less beaten paths...

I just got a nice camera and plan to take more pictures and log the "hidden NWT" and enjoy its wonderful rich history and facinating people.

Feel free to contact me if you want to join our club on any 4x4ing adventures, we would love to have you out on some rides and always have a open seat in one of our 4x4 rigs!

Cheers, Jeff
