The food selection was definately comprised of yummy yum yums this year. There were burgers, bison dishes, fish, ice cream, various ethic cuisine and my all time favorite festival dish – FOTR hot dogs. There is nothing better than getting a sodium nitrate fix on a hot +24 degree celcius sunny afternoon at a festival in Yellowknife. Just in case you do not know, sodium nitrate is one of the preservatives in hot dogs. Mmm preservatives…
