Aurora Borealis in Yellowknife September, 12-15, 2009

Here are a few Aurora Borealis photographs taken in Yellowknife, NWT between 11:34 PM (September 12) and 12:53 AM (September 13) + 11:22 PM (September 14) and 12:56 AM (September 15). The Aurora show made it to the K3 and K4 level of activity most of both evenings but it was long lasting and offered some interesting visual moments. Have a look a the photos below.
MY CAMERA SETTINGS: F-stop: f/2.7, ISO Speed: 400, Exposure Time: 20-30 sec., Focal Length: 5 mm, Max Aperature: 2.875.

Me again – I was attempting to VOTE – and give a most def. 10/10 when the screen shut down and the next thing I saw when it opened again – was a 5.5 vote from ME!!! No ways….please correct/amend/whatever….I GIVE THIS A 10/10 without doubt!!!
